Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SRJ Engineers Kitchen, we strive to deliver every order to your satisfaction. However, we understand there may be times a refund or cancellation is necessary.

1. Order Cancellation by SRJ Engineers Kitchen: If we cancel your order due to operational issues or item unavailability, you may be eligible for a refund. Refunds may be issued either to your original payment method or as a coupon for future use, depending on the situation and our discretion.

2. Order Cancellation by Customer: If you cancel your order by phone or online before preparation begins, the paid amount will be refunded as a coupon for future use.

Once the food has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

3. Payment Processing and Gateway: All payments are processed securely via Global Payments. In case of any transaction failures, duplicate charges, or issues with reversals, we recommend first checking with your bank. Please note that some refunds or reversals may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies and processing times. Any transaction-related queries should be escalated only after reviewing with your bank.
